Welcome to Nuuk Shuttle. By accessing and using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. General

These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of services from our store. By using our website, you accept these terms in full.

2. Products and Services

All products and services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in DKK and are subject to change with a weeks notice. We strive to ensure all pricing information is accurate, but errors may occur.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order for a service, you are making an offer to purchase services. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order. Payment must be received before orders are processed.

Accepted Payment Methods:

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), mobile payment solutions (e.g., MobilePay, Apple Pay, Google Pay), and bank transfers.

Payment Timing: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Withdrawal of Funds: The payment will be withdrawn immediately upon confirmation of your booking. You will receive a receipt via email.

5. Delivery of service

Services ordered will be delivered upon the customer’s arrival at the agreed pickup point.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Customer-Initiated Cancellations:

 Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled departure time are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made between 24–48 hours before departure will be refunded 50% of the booking amount.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable.

Company-Initiated Cancellations:

In the rare event that we must cancel a service (e.g., due to weather, mechanical issues, or low passenger numbers), you will be offered a full refund or the option to rebook at no extra cost.

7. Right of complaint

If something goes wrong, we strive to provide a smooth and safe journey. If you are dissatisfied with any part of our service, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

How to file a complaint:

Email us at booking@nuukshuttle.com with your booking reference and a description of the issue. Complaints must be submitted within 14 days of the service date. We aim to respond to all complaints within 5 business days.

Escalation: If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter to  Greenland consumer protection department:
